Should make for an interesting camp if the import comes over!

Some competition will be good for both Sparks and Foote. Solid signing in my opinion.

With the mention of possibly carrying three goaltenders (Foote, Sparks, Machovsky), the unwritten story is that it would certainly appear that Cody St. Jacques' career with the Storm is over (most likely would be traded), as it would be highly unlikely to use an overage spot on him. Sorry to see him be the odd-man-out, but realizing it's a numbers-game, I think it's high-time to thank him for his dedication and service to the city of Guelph and the Storm. A wonderful young man and great competitor. It was truly a pleasure to get to see him as a member of the Storm....not only once, but twice!

Otherwise, I like the idea of going into training camp with three strong goaltending candidates...I like it a lot.

Sounds like the plan might be to have three goalies all year long... which I'm not sure I agree with...

3 goalies all year long is not a good idea. You will have at least 2 very unhappy goalies.
To Cody: Thank you for your time in Guelph. I hope and pray that your back heals. Good Luck to you in all your future endeavors. You were loved and appreciated here.

Great signing and yes Cody will be missed but its just the way junior hockey goes I am not so sure he will be traded more so then just released as an overage goaltenter his stats do not show as well as I am sure a team looking for this may want coupled with the back injury which is extremly unfortunate as I think his stats would have been much more attractive on a better team and healthy either way best of luck in the future Cody.
