Final Score:Oshawa 5 London 3

So the Team Add Prusty to the Coaching Staff & things Go Sideways with our London Knights?

The Team looked Awfully Sluggish for a Good Portion of the Game this Evening.

We Need Wins Bigtime Before we Lose Players to the World Jrs.

EDIT : 5-3 Oshawa final (I forgot about the empty-net goal).

Evan Bouchard, Robert Thomas and Max Jones score for our Knights.
Jack Studnicka with 2, and Nico Gross, Kyle MacLean and Renars Krastenbergs score for the Generals.

Well....that was definitely frustrating.

Bouchard makes a great play to save a goal, and because the opposing player can't stay on his feet, Bouchard gets a penalty? I'm talking the penalty at 3:28 of the second.

As well, at 17:15 of the second, Sean Allen pretty much hogties Alex Formenton, and he only gets two for roughing?
Meanwhile, Joseph Raaymakers skates to the bench for the Knights to get the extra attacker, Hayden McCool runs interference.
McCool gets 4 for roughing, which was the right call.
If THAT weren't enough, Raaymakers gets two for roughing! How can he get 2 for roughing if he was skating to the bench?!

Wow. Just.....just......just........wow.

McCool didnt just interfere. It was a full on cross check to the neck/cage area. Should have been 5 and a game for intent to injure.

Full marks to Ceci in the Gens net. He played a whale of a game, as did his friends Clink, Clank and Clunk.
Awwww crap! I should have chosen the blue pill...

Agreed. Plus, I found out later that Raaymakers punched McCool after he had been interfered with/cross-checked.

Even then, what was Raaymakers supposed to do? Stand there, and take it?

BTW, I also find it absolutely PATHETIC that when Oshawa scored the empty-net goal, immediately afterwards, I would say....a good 3/4 of the crowd made their way to the exits.
You cheer with your team, you go down with your team - win or lose.

I know I have probably mentioned this quite a few times, but I feel this does have merit.

That's just my opinion. Agree with it or not if you'd like. :)
